About Me

From the start of my career, I’ve been captivated by the dynamic relationship between humans and intelligent machines—an inspiration sparked by watching Star Wars and dreaming about droids like R2-D2. That early fascination led me into reinforcement learning, robotics, and secure computing, where I’ve spent over a decade embedding complex algorithms into real-world systems that deliver impact.
I thrive on the challenges of building resilient AI infrastructure that scales in demanding environments. Whether I’m tuning reinforcement learning models, architecting microservices for robotics, or designing agentic AI systems, I approach every problem with a blend of creativity and technical rigor.
Outside of work, my passions for amateur radio, chess, judo, and Brazilian jiu-jitsu keep me sharp and disciplined. These pursuits reinforce a strategic mindset and adaptability—qualities I bring into leadership, mentorship, and engineering.
I believe the best technology bridges theory and practice, pushing what machines can do while enhancing human potential. For me, AI isn’t just about training models; it’s about building systems that learn, evolve, and make a difference—just like the droids that inspired me as a kid.
